Considerate, changing role

One of the best strategy to be a considerate person is to "change role" in different scenario.
If students not paying attention in class, let them be the teacher and ask them what they feel.
If your partner come back late right after others have finished all the job, ask them be the one who come back earlier in the morning. Ask them what he feel.
I think "changing role" is an effective strategy to let you developed good relationship between friends, colleagues, brothers/sisters ..etc.
