7 visitors from the University of Santo Tomas High School, Philippines paid a visit to our school on 5 May 2008 (Monday). They shared the experience with us regarding Curriculum, Values Formation, Student Counseling Services, School Facilities, etc. We have lunch together in the staff canteen.
The curriculum in Hong Kong is very different from Philippines. Students in Philippines have only to study 4 years then they directly enter to the College. Over 90% will get a degree at the age of 20 and the graduate have to find a job. However, because of the poor economy, the unemployment rate is quite high. That’s why many of them have to work aboard as domestic helper.
This kind of school visit is valuable to widen educational scoop and view. However, it is very rare in Hong Kong since the cost is very high in terms of money and time.

When my age reach 50, size of RAM is dropping. I have to save everything to Secondary Storage at once.
